Privacy Policy

Digital Fidget: Mental ASMR is designed to work without an account and without advertising or behavioral analytics. This policy explains the limited information involved when you use the app or make a purchase.

Information stored on your device

The app stores your selected theme, sound, button position, onboarding status, and sound or vibration preferences locally on your device. We do not receive this information.

Purchases

Premium is a lifetime in-app purchase processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. The store may provide purchase and receipt information needed to confirm entitlement, restore a purchase, prevent fraud, and provide support.

Receipt validation

When server-side receipt validation is enabled, a purchase receipt, product identifier, app identifier, store platform, limited device or transaction metadata, and network information such as an IP address may be processed by our validation provider and hosting provider. This information is used only for purchase verification, fraud prevention, and purchase support.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

The released app does not include advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or behavioral analytics. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Apple and Google process store purchases under their own privacy policies. If enabled for production, Iaptic may process purchase validation data, and Google Cloud may host the validation endpoint. These providers act only for the purposes described above.

Retention

Local preferences remain on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall the app. Purchase records are retained by Apple or Google according to their policies. Our validation service retains only the information needed for verification, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and support.

Children

Digital Fidget: Mental ASMR is a general-audience wellbeing utility and is not directed to children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices and rights

You can reset local preferences by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app. For privacy questions or requests regarding data handled directly by us, contact the address below. Store purchase records are managed through your Apple or Google account.
