Restore Premium

Open Digital Fidget: Mental ASMR, open the bottom sheet with the Customize control or a swipe up, then choose Premium and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure the device uses the same Apple ID or Google account that completed the original purchase.

Sound or vibration is unavailable

Open Settings in the app and confirm Sound and Vibration are enabled. Also check the device volume, silent mode, and system haptic settings.

A purchase is pending

Some store transactions require approval or additional processing. Wait for the store confirmation, reopen the app, and use Restore Purchase. You will not be charged again for restoring a non-consumable purchase.

Include your device model, OS version, app version, and a short description of the issue. Never email payment-card details or passwords.
