By using Digital Fidget: Mental ASMR, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Digital Fidget: Mental ASMR provides sounds, visual themes, and haptic feedback intended for general relaxation and entertainment. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Premium purchase

Premium is a non-consumable lifetime purchase for the Apple or Google account used to buy it. It unlocks the Premium themes and sounds available in the app. Prices are displayed by the applicable store and may vary by country or currency.

Payments and refunds

Apple or Google processes payments. Refund requests and payment disputes are governed by the applicable store’s terms and refund process. Use Restore Purchase in the app to recover an eligible purchase.

Acceptable use

You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with store verification, redistribute paid assets, reverse engineer the app where prohibited by law, or use it to violate another person’s rights.

Availability

We may improve, update, or discontinue parts of the app. We aim to keep purchases restorable, but availability can depend on Apple, Google, device compatibility, and network services.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
